Now Hiring - Sales Development Representative in Parlin, NJ

IFPG LLC is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our #1 ranked company. This person will be responsible for assisting the President of IFPG and other sales team members to convert sales opportunities into clients for a number of different products with a primary focus on FranchiseWire.

They will be responsible for educating and selling both current and prospective clients on the benefits of FranchiseWire, and will be selling mostly to Marketing leads, and/or Business Development roles. While this position is primarily a sales position, a highly successful candidate will have the ability to speak intelligently about key PR and Marketing concepts such as SEO, Brand Awareness strategies, Digital Marketing, and other general PR/Marketing items. The majority of this position will align with an Inside sales role. There will be some outside sales outreach required as necessary.

The company cannot consider remote or hybrid workplace candidates at this time. The successful candidate will be on-site at IFPG’s headquarters in Parlin, NJ 5 days per week.

Job Functions

• Be the subject matter expert on all things FranchiseWire with the intent to educate and sell the products and services available via a consultative sales process
• Cultivate and nurture inbound lead inquiries for the FranchiseWire product via phone calls, emails, and Zoom meetings
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls
• Work collaboratively with the President and Editor-in-Chief to develop prospect lists
• Acquire, retain, and constantly develop industry knowledge
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
• Manage the CRM (Hubspot) and keep accurate logs of all conversations with prospects
• Learn and sell new products and services being sold by IFPG as assigned
• Up to 10% travel to industry or IFPG events may be required

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Holds self and team to high standards on all details - highly motivated
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills;
• Working knowledge Google suite, as well as use of social media for marketing outreach

Preferred

• 1-2 years of professional experience in the PR or Marketing field. In lieu of experience, a PR or Marketing degree from an accredited university
• Experience in the franchising industry is a plus
• Experience using Hubspot CRM

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
